EPM (EPDM category rubber) corrugated version of TURAD® HPC with high flexibility, ideal for complex installations, offers maximum adaptability in compact spaces.
Best suited for water and propylene glycol (PG25) in direct-to-chip cooling loops.
Certified to UL 94:2023.

Applications

Suction and delivery hose suitable for heat exchange solutions in data center cooling applications under the toughest conditions. The EPM tube does not contain heavy-metals as per RoHS specific requirements (2002/95/CE). Resistance and Compatibility with Glycol-Based Fluids. Best suited for water and propylene glycol (PG25) in direct-to-chip cooling loops. EPM (EPDM rubber category) is a heat-resistant polymer offering excellent compatibility with PG25 and other water-glycol coolant solutions. To preserve fluid purity and composition, the compound is peroxide-cured. Fungicides and bactericides added to the conveyed fluid prevent microbial growth, ensuring long-term safety and reliability.

Construction

Liner: Smooth white EPM (EPDM category rubber) compound, peroxide-cured, heat-resistant.

Reinforcements: Synthetic plies, galvanized wire helices.

Cover: Heavily corrugated (wide) black synthetic polymer cover, enhancing flexibility, flame-resistant with textile finish. Abrasion, ageing, ozone and UV resistant. Cover compound meets UL 94:2023 (V-0) requirements.
