About Brewflex®

Brewflex® first entered the market in 2010 and is now supplied to around 600 breweries out of approximately 1800 in the UK. In more recent years, Brewflex® has also gained a prominent position in the international brewery market through being distributed throughout EMEA.

In 2017 we updated the design for Brewflex®. By further improving its flexibility, durability and general quality properties we’ve been able to ensure the hose’ integrity is maintained over a longer period of time.

Brewflex® hoses are built for purpose and expertly designed for longevity and product quality, making them the ideal solution for any brewery.

Thanks to the versatility of our brewery hoses, we can support hundreds of companies spanning across many industries at the various stages of the brewing process. The most common hoses found in brewery applications are delivery or suction transfer hoses, crush-proof hoses and steam/hot water washdown hoses. These have widths ranging between 1⁄2” and 4”, and lengths ranging from 500mm (1.5ft) to 40m (131ft).

Select models include reinforced rubber options for heavy-duty washdown use.
  • Versatile Applications: Ideal for safely transferring beer, wine, cider, perry, spirits (up to 96%), drinking water, juices, soft drinks, and other food-grade liquids across breweries and production facilities.
  • Wide Temperature Tolerance: Operates from -40°c to +120°c, with CIP cleaning supported up to +130°c for short cycles—maintaining hygiene without compromising hose integrity.
  • High Pressure Performance: Rated for 16 bar working pressure with a 48 bar burst pressure, delivering dependable performance under demanding conditions.
