FlexTech Series T7610 Flexible Chemical Composite hose assemblies are designed as general purpose transfer hoses and suitable for a wide range of fluids including fuels, fuel oils, chemicals and food stuff to meet the stringent temperature, pressure and vacuum service requirements found in specialist chemical, petrochemical, general production and food applications.
 FlexTech flexible composite hose assemblies offer unique properties which include excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance  (-100°c to +80°c).

T7610 FlexChem (PG) is a tough, high strength general purpose chemical transfer hose.
Ÿ
Applications include plant transfer of liquid chemicals, vegetable and mineral oils, loading and unloading of road, rail and marine tankers.
Ÿ
Working Temperature -30°c + 80°c
Ÿ
Each hose is tested to 1.5 x working pressure and supplied with electrical continuity and are tested and certified accordingly.

FlexTech Hose T7610 FlexChem (PG) Composite Hose Assemblies
Construction:  Polypropylene coated inner wire and high tensile strength mild steel wire with a heavy hot dip zinc coating to reduce corrosion. The hose is lined and reinforced with polypropylene fabrics and sealed with polypropylene films and weatherproof layer of PVC coated polyester.
