Hygienic Rubber Food Hose Assemblies
FlexTech Series T5720 Smooth bore Hygienic Rubber FDA steam &  hot water Wash-down hose assemblies manufactured in compliance with FDA and BGA requirements and suitable for applications within the food, pharmaceutical and dairy industries.
Temperature range from   -40°c to + 164°c  
Construction: manufactured from EPDM Smooth rubber liner, reinforced with synthetic braids, covered with blue EPDM Smooth finish non marking rubber, weather & abrasive resistant
Standards: Compliance with FDA CFR 177.2600 and BFR food regulations and ADI Free
Fittings: 316L St/Steel with special designed hygienic fittings in RJT, DIN, SMS, Triclamp and BSP.

Applications:
Ideally suited for the delivery of hot water and open steam hose wash-down systems for the food and dairy industry. The non tainting FDA liner also makes this product ideal for many drinking water applications.
Recommended also for use within the paper mill, food handling and process engineering sectors requiring washdown applications requiring a hose with a non marking cover.
 Temp: -40ºc  +164ºc

Minimum burst pressure = 3 x working pressure
