FlexTech range of thermoplastic PVC, nylon and polyurethane automotive hose, tubes and coils are designed for a range of pneumatic and fluid transportation of air, gases, water and diluted chemicals.

Constructed from formulated compounds with reinforcing polyester braids for pressure applications or extruded tubings these hoses and tubes are flexible, durable and suited for many applications within the automotive industry.

Temperatures: from -40°c to + 65°c

T1211 ExtraFlex Lightweight PVC Air Hose

A high quality ultra flexible PVC air hose conforming to ISO 5774
Construction: A highly resilient and supple PVC air hose available in Blue, Red and Black colours. EC compliant for food contact.
Size Range: 6 mm to 12 mm ID

Temperature: -15°c to + 60°c
Pressures: 14 Bar W/P with 42 Bar Burst @ 20°c

T1100 Flexible Nylon Tubings

Superflex Flexible Nylon Tubing manufactured from silicone free compounds for pneumatic applications.
Construction: Manufactured from polyamide Type 11 & 12 materials in accordance to BS 5409 standards
Size Range: Metric 4 mm to 20 mm ID & Imperial sizes 1/8” to 1”
